Alabama Performance is excited to announce the 2022 Southeastern Fall Training Season!

This is our 9th year of running our fall training program. 2022 dates will be:

August 15, 2022 - October 21, 2022

2022 is going to be our most exciting fall training yet! Fall training is becoming a very popular alternative to school volleyball across the country. This season we have partnered with Tennessee Performance, Mobile Storm, Atlanta Performance, Evansville United and Innovative out of Puerto Rico (GVA and Next Level).

We will provide 6v6 competition as well as fundamental, positional & component training.

Players will have a full season of practices (either 2 or 3 days/wk), competition & training dates. College prep division (3 day/wk schedule) will also have strength and conditioning and a personal physical therapist.

We feel that every player should have the choice of how they train and are trained.

Fall training has three facets:

The first is for players wanting to play collegiately and understands the need for technical and tactical training to prepare for recruiting.

The second is for players that want to continually move forward in their training whether, 12U, middle school or high school.

The third is for players who may not make their school teams, are in homeschooling or are multiple sport athletes.

While fall training focuses on the technical aspects of individual positions, we also include team component training so that the fall training player is constantly involved in the competitive aspect of the game.

  • Fastest growing sport in the world

  • Most experienced coaching staff in the southeast

  • Progressive Training

  • Consistent Development

  • Lowered wear and tear on the body

  • Measured reps on the ball

  • Technical Correction

**If you play for your school, you can't participate in the 1st session of fall training (group training). Unfortunately, that is an AHSAA rule we can't change. But once your season is over, you will be able to participate in the 2nd session.
